A group within Union kept for principals of the highest standing, introduced only to counterparts who match it.

Some rooms are defined by who is not in them. This one is: a group reserved for principals of the first rank, connected to one another only when a genuine, mutual reason to meet is present.

Entry is by introduction and nothing about it is public. Conversations stay between the parties, and the connections made here carry the standing of the people in them.
